Estein USA has been active in real estate since 1974, when the company first began operations in Germany. Within four years, it expanded into the United States, launching its first residential and commercial ventures.

Since the early 1990s, Estein USA has concentrated exclusively on U.S. real estate, broadening its portfolio to include office buildings, power centers, hotels, industrial properties, and residential lot development.
